Pornstar Martini

Ingredients

• 60 ml POSCOQ Vodka
• 2 Passion fruits
• 15 ml Passion fruit liqueur
• 15 ml Vanilla syrup
• 15 ml Lime juice
• Ice

Method

1. Fill a shaker with ice.
2. Cut two passion fruits in half and scoop out the seeds and flesh of one and a half into the shaker.
3. Pour vodka, passion fruit liqueur, vanilla syrup, and lime juice into the shaker.
4. Cover and shake vigorously for a few seconds.
5. Strain the mixture into a chilled coupe glass.
6. Garnish with half a passion fruit.
