Old Fashioned

Ingredients

• 60 ml POSCOQ Vodka
• 30 ml Hot water
• 2 Teaspoons of brown sugar
• 3 dashes Aromatic bitters
• Ice
• Orange peel

Method

1. Add brown sugar to a lowball glass.
2. Saturate the brown sugar with aromatic bitters.
3. Pour hot water into the glass.
4. Stir gently with a barspoon to dissolve the sugar.
5. Fill the glass with ice.
6. Pour vodka into the glass.
7. Stir gently with a barspoon for about 30 seconds to combine and chill the ingredients.
8. Express a fresh orange peel over the glass, rub the rim with the peel, and place it in the glass as garnish.
