East 8 Hold-Up

Ingredients

• 45 ml POSCOQ Vodka
• 15 ml Bittersweet liqueur
• 30 ml Pineapple juice
• 15 ml Lime juice
• 15 ml Passion fruit syrup
• Ice
• Lime wedge
• Pineapple wedge

Method

1. Fill a shaker with ice.
2. Pour vodka, bittersweet liqueur, pineapple juice, and lime juice into the shaker.
3. Cover and shake vigorously for a few seconds.
4. Strain the mixture into a lowball glass.
5. Garnish with a lime wedge and pineapple wedge.
