Dirty Martini

Ingredients

• 75 ml POSCOQ Vodka
• 15 ml Dry vermouth
• 15 ml Olive brine
• Ice
• Green olives

Method

1. Muddle two green olives in a shaker using a muddler to release their flavors.
2. Pour olive brine into the shaker.
3. Fill the shaker with ice.
4. Pour vodka and dry vermouth into the shaker.
5. Stir gently with a barspoon to combine the ingredients.
6. Strain the mixture into a chilled martini glass.
7. Garnish with three olives on a cocktail pick.
