Bloody Mary

Ingredients

  • 60 ml POSCOQ Vodka
  • 120 ml Tomato juice
  • 15 ml Lemon juice
  • 4 dashes Worcestershire sauce
  • 4 dashes Hot sause (Tabasco)
  • Ice
  • Salt
  • Black pepper
  • Celery stalk
  • Lemon wedge
  • Olives

Method

  1. Fill a shaker with ice.
  2. Pour vodka, tomato juice, and lime juice into the shaker.
  3. Season with Worcestershire sauce and hot sauce.
  4. Add a pinch of salt and black pepper.
  5. Stir gently with a barspoon for about 30 seconds to chill and combine.
  6. Strain the mixture into a tall glass filled with ice.
  7. Garnish with a celery stalk, lemon wedge, and olives.
